View Your Favorites
Checklist
Click
“Favorites Checklist” to quickly view a previously selected
checklist of your favorite listings in the
business directory. To
create a checklist, search the directory for your favorite listings.
Click the “Details” link on the search results page of those
sites you wish to add. Then,
click the “Add/Remove from Checklist” button once to add a check.
The listing will be added to your favorites checklist.
Posting A New Listing
To post your business
or personal listing, follow the procedure outlined below:
- Click
the Add / Modify button on the main page.
- Choose
to add a business or personal listing.
- Search
the directory to see if you already have a listing.
If you do, go to “Take control of your listing”.
If you do not find your listing, go to step 4.
- Adding
a listing, requires a username and password.
This security feature allows us to protect the listings you
add and modify. Click “Register to create your free account”.
At the Logon screen, click “First time logon”.
Enter the information requested. All fields are required.
Please think carefully when entering this information, especially
regarding your e-mail address. The program will use this address
when sending you your password and other information, so be sure to
list your e-mail address accurately. Your username must be one word,
with no spaces, using only numbers and letters. Capitalization does
matter. Also, please be sure to write down the username and password
that you choose, as you will need these later when you come back to
modify your Listings. Click “Return to Logon Screen” once you
have successfully registered.
- Enter
your new username and password and press Enter.
You may want to check the box that allows your computer to
remember you login information.
- Once
you have filled out the form, click on the "Preview My Ad"
button. You will be given the opportunity to preview your ad before
it is actually posted. You
may wish to print this screen for your records in the event you want
to modify this listing at some future date.
The listing number will be helpful when modifying your
listings.
- Since
we must approve all new listings before they are posted, your
listing will not be viewable (except for modification or deletion
purposes) until we have approved it for posting.
Take Control Of A
Listing
To take control of a
business or personal listing, follow the procedure outlined below:
- Click
the Add / Modify button on the main page.
- Choose
to modify a business or personal listing.
- Click
“take control of a listing”.
- Complete
and submit the form displayed.
Your request will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours.
You will be notified via e-mail when the approval process is
complete. Once you have been notified, you may login using your new
username and password and add a description, keywords, or website
URL to your listing.
Modifying A Listing
To modify your
business or personal listing, follow the procedure outlined below:
- Click
the Add / Modify button on the main page.
- Choose
to modify a business or personal listing.
- Modifying
your listing, requires you to enter your username and password.
This security feature allows us to protect the listings you
add and modify. At the
Logon screen, enter your username and password and click “Logon To
The System”. If you
have forgotten your username or password, click the appropriate
button on the login screen and we will email the information to your
email address of record.
- Upon
successful login, the “Search for a Listing to Modify” Screen is
displayed. Enter the
“Listing Number” of the listing you wish to modify or click the
“Display all the listing you have posted” link.
Check the radio button to the left of the listing that you
want to modify and then click on the "Display Modification
Form" button below. This will give you a template for modifying
your listing that has your current information already filled in.
Enter the information you wish to modify and Press the
“Submit Modifications” button.
Deleting A Listing
To delete a business
or personal listing, follow the procedure outlined below:
- Click
the Add / Modify button on the main page.
- Choose
to modify a business or personal listing.
- Deleting
a listing requires the owner of that listing to enter their username
and password. This
security feature allows us to protect your listings.
At the Logon screen, enter your username and password and
click “Logon To The System”.
If you have forgotten your username or password, click the
appropriate button on the login screen and we will email the
information to your email address of record.
- Upon
successful login, the “Search for a Listing to Delete” Screen is
displayed. Enter the
“Listing Number” of the listing you wish to delete or click the
“Display all the listing you have posted” link.
Check the radio button to the left of only the
listing's) you want to delete and then click the "Submit
Deletion" button below.
You will be notified that the deletion was successful.
